A case of malignant shwannoma is reported with unusual elements in an 89‐year‐old female. A large mass was located in the subcutaneous tissue of the right lateral chest wall and measured 5 cm in the greatest diameter. Histologically the tumor was composed of neurofibroma and malignant schwannoma with glandular differentiation.

The unique histological features, eg, the intraepithelial glandular structure, papillary processes, and eosinophilic cuboidal and larger granular superficial cells are sufficient to warrant glandular odontogenic cyst as a distinct entity.

AbstractA case of keratoacanthoma (KA) with glandular proliferation was reported. The tumor was a firm, dome‐shaped, elevated nodule on the cheek of an 82‐year‐old Japanese male.
