Concealed cysts presenting as 'Club' penis: a case report

Distal urethral obstruction in an eight‐week‐old colt with struvite urolithiasis
Equine Veterinary Education, EarlyView.Summary An 8‐week‐old Thoroughbred colt presented with acute colic signs. Physical examination and transcutaneous ultrasound of the abdomen and penis revealed a urinary tract obstruction in the distal urethra due to urolithiasis. A distal urethrotomy over the site of obstruction was performed to remove the urolith and relieve the obstruction.

Neurogastroenterology &Motility, EarlyView.Dorsal genital nerve stimulation with the UCon neurostimulator was found to be safe and feasible. A 4‐week period of home stimulation resulted in a reduction of fecal incontinence episodes, a decrease in strong urgency episodes, and an improvement in bowel‐related questionnaires.
