Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome in a Patient With Schizophrenia: A Case Report
A man with schizophrenia developed osmotic demyelination syndrome after rapid correction of polydipsia‐induced hyponatremia, presenting with pseudobulbar palsy & severe EPS. MRI confirmed pontine and basal ganglia lesions. This report highlights ODS as key differential from antipsychotic side effects.
