Global Stability Analysis of HIV+ Model [PDF]

open access: bronze13th International Conference on Theory and Application of Fuzzy Systems and Soft Computing — ICAFS-2018, 2018
We developed and studied a mathematical model of HIV+. Two equilibriums points were found, disease free and endemic equilibrium, and basic reproduction ratio [Formula: see text] was also calculated by the use of next generation matrix. Global stability analysis of the equilibria was carried out by the use of Lyapunov function, and it was shown that the

Landscape and flux for quantifying global stability and dynamics of game theory. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS One, 2018
Game theory has been widely applied to many areas including economics, biology and social sciences. However, it is still challenging to quantify the global stability and global dynamics of the game theory.

Global Stability Analysis of Mechanical Prosthetic Finger Adaptive Control [PDF]

open access: yesRevista Română de Informatică și Automatică, 2022
This technical note presents a discussion on the dynamic modeling and analysis of the adaptive controller of a Mechanical Prosthetic finger with constraints mass (m) of the mechanical finger and constant friction (K1) with variation in spring constraint (

Dynamical analysis of fractional-order Holling type-II food chain model

open access: yesMathematical Biosciences and Engineering, 2021
This paper proposed a fractional-order Holling type-II food chain model. First, we verified the existence, uniqueness, nonnegativity and boundedness of the solution of the model, and some conditions for equilibrium existence and local stability were ...

Global dynamics of IAV/SARS-CoV-2 coinfection model with eclipse phase and antibody immunity

open access: yesMathematical Biosciences and Engineering, 2023
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and influenza are two respiratory infectious diseases of high importance widely studied around the world. COVID-19 is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), while influenza is ...

Global dynamics of an SI epidemic model with nonlinear incidence rate, feedback controls and time delays

open access: yesMathematical Biosciences and Engineering, 2021
In this paper, we consider a class of SI epidemic model with nonlinear incidence, feedback controls and four different discrete time delays. By skillfully constructing appropriate Lyapunov functionals, and combining Lyapunov-LaSalle invariance principle ...

Bumpless Transfer of Uncertain Switched System and Its Application to Turbofan Engines

open access: yesEnergies, 2021
Nonlinear control problems in turbofan engines are challenging. No single nonlinear controller can achieve desired control effects in a full flight envelope, but in the case of multiple controllers, there exist problems in the bumpless transfer between ...

On Λ-Fractional Wave Propagation in Solids

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
Wave propagation in solids is discussed, based upon inherently non-local Λ-fractional analysis. Following the governing equations of Λ-fractional continuum mechanics, the Λ-fractional wave equations are derived.

Stability of Global Monopoles Revisited [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2000
We analyze the stability of global O(3) monopoles in the infinite cutoff (or scalar mass) limit. We obtain the perturbation equations and prove that the spherically symmetric solution is classically stable (or neutrally stable) to axially symmetric, square integrable, or power-law decay perturbations.

Almost Global Stochastic Stability [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
We develop a method to prove almost global stability of stochastic differential equations in the sense that almost every initial point (with respect to the Lebesgue measure) is asymptotically attracted to the origin with unit probability.
