Advances in Space Research, 1999Abstract The satellite constellation and signal structure of both GLONASS and GPS are comparable. The GLONASS observations can be processed similarly to GPS, provided the differences in the reference frame, the system time and in the frequencies of the satellite signals are taken into consideration.
