Constraining the double gluon distribution by the single gluon distribution
We show how to consistently construct initial conditions for the QCD evolution equations for double parton distribution functions in the pure gluon case.

Measurement of the gluon polarization \Delta G/G at COMPASS
One of the key objectives of the COMPASS experiment at CERN is the determination of the gluon contribution to the nucleon spin. The gluon polarization is measured via photon-gluon fusion in deep-inelastic scattering of 160 GeV/c polarized muons on a ...

Gluon emission in Quark-Gluon Plasma
Gluon radiation is an important mechanism for parton energy loss as the parton traverses the quark gluon plasma (QGP) medium. We studied the gluon emission in QGP using AMY formalism. In the present work, we obtained gluon emission amplitude {\bf F}({\bf h},p,k) function, which is a solution of the integral equations describing gluon radiation ...

Electric Screening Mass of the Gluon with Condensate at Finite Temperature
The electric screening mass of the gluon at finite temperature is estimated by considering the gluon condensate above the critical temperature. We find that the thermal gluons acquire an electric mass of order T due to the gluon condensate.Comment: 9 ...

Quark contribution to the reggeon-reggeon-gluon vertex in QCD
The quark loop contribution to the reggeon-reggeon-gluon vertex is calculated in QCD, where the reggeon is the reggeized gluon. Compared with the vertex in the Born approximation, this contribution exhibits a new spin structure as well as the gluon loop ...

The gluon form factor to higher orders: Gluon-gluon annihilation at small Qt
Abstract We study the region of small transverse momenta in the dynamics of the gluon-gluon annihilation channel. This is done by evaluating the gluon form factor at the single non-leading infrared and collinear logarithmic accuracy to all orders in α s . An explicit expression for the gluon form factor is obtained.

Investigating the topology dependence of quark and gluon jets
As most target final states for searches and measurements at the Large Hadron Collider have a particular quark/gluon composition, tools for distinguishing quark- from gluon-initiated jets can be very powerful.

Transverse-momentum-dependent gluon distributions of proton within basis light-front quantization
Gluon transverse-momentum dependent distributions (TMDs) are very important for revealing the internal structure of the proton. They correspond to a variety of experiments and are among the major tasks of the future electron-ion colliders. In this paper,

Gluon Polarization from Correlated High-p_T Hadron Pairs in Polarized l - N Scattering
We propose to access the gluon polarization $\Delta G$ by measuring the cross section spin-asymmetry in semi-inclusive polarized lepton -- nucleon scattering.

Gluon splitting at small x: a unified derivation for the JIMWLK, DGLAP and CSS equations
We revisit the calculation of the next-to-leading order (NLO) corrections to dijet production in electron-ion collisions at small x. We focus on the back-to-back configuration where the relative transverse momentum P ⊥ of the measured jets is much larger
