Neutralino annihilation into gluons [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 1994
We present a complete calculation of the cross section for neutralino annihilation into the two-gluon final state. This channel can be quite important for the phenomenology of neutralino annihilation due to the well-known helicity suppression of neutralino annihilation into light quarks and leptons.

Soft gluon resummation [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 1996
I discuss some of the basic techniques and results of soft gluon resummation, and their applications to scattering at collider energies.

The gluon propagator [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Reports, 1999
We discuss the current state of what is known non-perturbatively about the gluon propagator in QCD, with emphasis on the information coming from lattice simulations. We review the specification of the lattice Landau gauge and the procedure for calculating the gluon propagator on the lattice.

Positivity bounds on gluon TMDs for hadrons of spin ≤ 1

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
We consider the transverse momentum dependent gluon distribution functions (called gluon TMDs) by studying the light-front gluon-gluon correlator, extending the results for unpolarized and vector polarized targets to also include tensor polarized targets

The gluon condensation in hadron collisions

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2022
Gluons may converge to a stable state at a critical momentum in hadrons. This gluon condensation is predicted by a nonlinear QCD evolution equation. We review the understanding of the gluon condensation and present a clear physical picture that produces ...

Dynamical gluon mass in the instanton vacuum model

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2018
We consider the modifications of gluon properties in the instanton liquid model (ILM) for the QCD vacuum. Rescattering of gluons on instantons generates the dynamical momentum-dependent gluon mass Mg(q).

First saturation correction in high energy proton-nucleus collisions. Part III. Ensemble averaging

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
In high energy proton-nucleus collisions, the gluon saturation effects from the nucleus are fully incorporated into the light-like Wilson lines. The gluon saturation effects from the proton, which are anticipated to be important either in the extreme ...

T-even transverse momentum dependent gluon fragmentation functions in a spectator model

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2023
We present a model calculation of transverse momentum dependent (TMD) gluon fragmentation functions in both spin-1/2 and spin-0 hadrons. Our approach is based on the postulation that a time-like off-shell gluon can fragment into a hadron and a single ...

Gluon-meson duality [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1999
The QCD-vacuum is characterized by the Higgs phenomenon for colored scalar fields. In this dual picture the gluons appear as the octet of vector mesons. Also quarks and baryons are identified. Gluon-meson and quark-baryon duality can account in a simple way for realistic masses of all low-mass hadrons and for their interactions.
