Resummation for s-channel single-top production
I present higher-order results for s-channel single-top-quark production that are derived from soft-gluon resummation. I show that the soft-gluon corrections provide the dominant contribution to the QCD corrections, and that they approximate very well ...

Probing Sea Quarks and Gluons: The Electron-Ion Collider Project
The 21st century holds great promise for reaching a new era for unlocking the mysteries of the structure of the atomic nucleus and the nucleons inside it governed by the theory of strong interactions (QCD). In particular, much remains to be learned about

All Non-Maximally-Helicity-Violating One-Loop Seven-Gluon Amplitudes in N=4 Super-Yang-Mills Theory
We compute the non-MHV one-loop seven-gluon amplitudes in N=4 super-Yang-Mills theory, which contain three negative-helicity gluons and four positive-helicity gluons. There are four independent color-ordered amplitudes, (- - - + + + +), (- - + - + + +), (

Shining a gluon beam through quark-gluon plasma
We compute the energy density radiated by a quark undergoing circular motion in strongly coupled $\mathcal N = 4$ supersymmetric Yang-Mills plasma. If it were in vacuum, this quark would radiate a beam of strongly coupled radiation whose angular distribution has been characterized and is very similar to that of synchrotron radiation produced by an ...

Abstract The production, attenuation, and absorption of secondary cosmic rays (SCR) are influenced by atmospheric parameters such as air pressure and temperature. To reliably correlate SCR flux measurements with atmospheric ionization driven by energetic particle precipitation, these dependencies must be quantified.

Celestial gluon and graviton OPE at loop level
In this paper, we analyze the loop corrections to celestial OPE for gluons and gravitons. Even at the loop level, the soft gluons and gravitons have conformal dimensions ∆ = 1 − $${\mathbb{Z}}_{\ge 0}$$ . The only novelty is the presence of higher poles.

Generalized Gluon Currents and Applications in QCD
We consider the process containing two quark lines and an arbitrary number of gluons in a spinor helicity framework. A current with two off-shell gluons appears in the amplitude. We first study this modified gluon current using recursion relations.

Holomorphic field theories and higher algebra
Abstract Aimed at complex geometers and representation theorists, this survey explores higher dimensional analogs of the rich interplay between Riemann surfaces, Virasoro and Kac‐Moody Lie algebras, and conformal blocks. We introduce a panoply of examples from physics — field theories that are holomorphic in nature, such as holomorphic Chern‐Simons ...

Gluon contribution to the Sivers effect. COMPASS results on deuteron target
Sivers effect for gluons is connected to gluon orbital angular momentum which may be the missing part of the nucleon spin puzzle. We present a method of extraction of Sivers effect for gluons from COMPASS SIDIS data on transversely polarised target.
