Early‐Onset Obesity and Tirzepatide Treatment: A Post Hoc Analysis of the SURMOUNT Clinical Trials
In the phase 3 SURMOUNT clinical trial program for obesity, substantial body weight reductions were observed with tirzepatide treatment. This post hoc analysis evaluated baseline characteristics of participants with early‐onset obesity (diagnosed before age 25) and changes in body weight and cardiometabolic markers by age of obesity onset.
