Retrospective comparison of the clinical effects of oral semaglutide and SGLT2 inhibitors treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes

open access: yesJournal of Diabetes Investigation, EarlyView.
This retrospective study compared oral semaglutide and SGLT2 inhibitors in patients with type 2 diabetes over 6 months. Both treatments significantly reduced HbA1c, body weight, and fat mass.
