Effects of Sodium Selenite addition to goat colostrum on IgG immune passive transfer. Preliminary results [PDF]
According to previous studies in calves, selenium addition increased the absorption of IgG from colostrum. The present study tests the potential effect of selenium addition to goat colostrum on goat kid passive immune transfer. For the development of the

The ratio of milk energy yield to metabolizable energy (ME) intake, i.e. the efficiency of energy utilization for milk synthesis (EMES), is an important measure in lactating goats and is influenced by factors affecting feed intake, digestion, and milk ...

Chamber‐specific decellularized extracellular matrices (ECMs) were developed, preserving native proteomic profiles of ventricular and atrial myocardium. These innate biochemical cues differentially modulate cardiomyocyte subtypes to drive engineered heart tissue development and function, highlighting the importance of incorporating regional ECM cues in

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Impact of Mating of Youth Tsigai on Reproductives Indices and Body Weight at Adult Age
The impact of age and body weight on reproductive indices was studied in 43 Tsigai sheep - rusty variety over four lambing seasons. At the time of the 1st mating, the sheep had an average body weight of 40.66 kg, which increased to 52.08 kg by the 1st ...

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Therapeutic Extracellular Vesicles from Synovial Fibroblast‐Primed MSCs for Osteoarthritis Treatment
EVs derived from the microenvironment of SFs transferred MSCs (miSF‐MSC‐EVs) enhanced the expression of miRNAs that regulate cell migration, cell adhesion, and the TGF‐β signaling pathway, demonstrating superior anti‐inflammatory and cartilage regeneration effects compared to conventional MSC‐EVs.
