Ciencia Latina Revista Científica Multidisciplinar, 2021 الغرض من هذا العمل هو التعريف بأن تنفيذ الحكومة الرقمية في الدولة ضروري، لأنها تشكل جزءًا مهمًا من تحولها. أي أن الغرض من تنفيذه هو السماح للمؤسسات الحكومية بالتكيف مع التغيرات المختلفة التي تحدث في المجتمع، وكذلك الحفاظ على الشفافية المستمرة للقطاع العام مع المواطنين في جميع الخدمات التي يقدمها من خلال إدارته العامة.

Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation, EarlyView.Land cover change that leads to increased nutrient and sediment runoff is an important driver of change in coral reef ecosystems. In this study, we combined satellite remote sensing and field monitoring to assess concomitant changes in watershed land cover and coral cover in northeastern Puerto Rico in 2000–2015.
