Clinical Outcomes of a Digital Companion in Periodontal Care: A Randomised Controlled Trial
ABSTRACT Aim To evaluate the efficacy of a digital health companion app as an adjunct to systematic periodontal therapy. Methods Seven German university dental centres conducted this multi‐centre randomised controlled trial. Role of comorbidities and medication on immunotherapy efficacy in cSCC: A DeCOG multicentre analysis
Immunosuppressive disease was associated with reduced overall survival, while anticoagulant use was linked to prolonged progression‐free survival in advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Host‐related factors may modulate immunotherapy efficacy and warrant prospective validation.

Anumigilimab, a novel anti‐G‐CSF receptor antibody, was investigated in a phase 1b trial involving 39 patients with hidradenitis suppurativa or palmoplantar pustulosis. No serious safety concerns related to anumigilimab were noted, and PK and PD were dose dependent.
