The superconductivity of gold alloys [PDF]
While no intermetallic compound of gold has yet been found to exhibit superconductivity at temperatures that would make it industrially useful, the investigation of these compounds has been of value in increasing our understanding of the phenomenon. This paper presents a general survey of the extensive studies that have so far been made.

Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

Multiple allergies to metal alloys
Background: Metals are well-known allergens that are most commonly encountered as alloys rather than as the pure substance. However, induction of multiple metal allergies by alloys has not been widely reported.

Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Design and Analysis of Compression–Torsion Coupling Metamaterials Using the Golden Section Method
A novel compression–torsion metamaterial is engineered using inclined rods and symmetry breaking. To optimize its torsional performance, the golden section method is employed. The mechanical response of the metamaterial is validated through both numerical analysis and experimental validation.

Alloy Formation by Electrodeposition of Niobium and Aluminium on Gold from Chloroaluminate Melts
Niobium and aluminium have been electrodeposited from inorganic chloroaluminate melts onto gold substrate at 473 K. The melts were prepared from an equimolar mixture of AlCl3+NaCl with niobium added by anodic dissolution.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
