The first find of grothite in gold ore deposits

Doklady Earth Sciences, 2009
1083 Grothite, representing an Aland Frich titanite variety that is described by the theoretical formula (Ca,REE)(Ti,Al,Fe)SiO4(O,OH,F) (1), is a relatively rare mineral, which was previously unknown in ores from noble metal deposits. Titanites with high concen trations of Al (up to 14 wt %) and F (up to 2.5 wt %) are characteristic of eclogites ...

Gold occurrence and ore genesis, Yata micro-disseminated gold deposit, Guizhou, Southwest China

Chinese Journal of Geochemistry, 2002
The mode of occurrence of gold in the Yata micro-disseminated gold deposit is approached through chemical phase studies coupled with ore-dressing monitoring and micro-beam analysis. The results showed that gold occurred for the most part as ultra-microscopic particles adsorbed on the surfaces or fracture planes of pyrite and other sulphides.

Mineralogy of ores of the Vosneenskoe gold deposit (Southern Ural)

Geologicheskii vestnik, 2023
The mineralogical features of the ores of the Voznesenskoye gold deposit located in the zone of the Main Ural Fault at the northern end of the Magnitogorsk megazone of the Southern Urals have been studied. The chemical composition of minerals was determined using a Tescan Vega Compact scanning electron microscope with an Oxford Instruments Xplorer 15 ...

THE RAIGORODOK STOCKWORK GOLD-SULFIDE-QUARTZ DEPOSIT IN THE NORTH KAZAKHSTAN GOLD ORE PROVINCE

Геология и геофизика, 2018
Abstract The Raigorodok stockwork gold–sulfide–quartz deposit is located in the contact zone of a monzogabbro–diorite intrusion belonging to the Stepnyak complex (442 Ma). Two main ore formation stages have been established: early, with disseminated gold-bearing pyrite–chalcopyrite mineralization related to skarn, propylite, and K ...

Gold-quartz ore deposits of Yana-Kolyma belt

International Geology Review, 1967
Types of ore deposits, their regional distribution, mineral associations, textures and structures are described. Ores are of Cretaceous age, posterior to batholithic granite intrusions (Jurassic). Mineralizing solutions originated in consequence of metamorphism and dehydration of sedimentary geosynclinal rock masses, and are not directly related to ...

Ore-controlling thrust faults at the Bazovskoe gold-ore deposit (Eastern Yakutia)

Doklady Earth Sciences, 2017
This work presents results of structural analysis of the orogenic Bazovskoe gold-ore deposit, the structure of which is controlled by an imbricate fan with frontal succession of ore-controlling thrust faults and conjugated thrust ramps. It was established that linear and stratified stockworks and their combinations are formed by several systems of ...

Ore Mineralization of the Epithermal Samolazovskoe Gold-Ore Deposit, Aldan Shield (Russia)

Key Engineering Materials, 2018
The Samolazovskoe gold-ore deposit is located in the Central Aldan ore district (Russia) within the Yukhta multiphase volcano-plutonic massif, consisted of rocks of the monzonite-syenite formation (J3–K1). Four hydrothermal-metasomatic mineral parageneses are distinguished in the deposit: skarn, developed at the contact of syenites and rocks of the ...
