Pathogen‐Centric Activation of an Azoreductase‐Responsive Antibody‐Antibiotic Conjugate for the Targeted Eradication of MRSA

A pathogen‐centric antibody‐antibiotic conjugate (AZO‐AAC) releases antibiotics via bacterial azoreductase, independent of host‐lysosomal function. This mechanism achieves nanomolar eradication of both planktonic and intracellular methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

We report a lipid‐droplet‐engineered, gallium‐loaded sonodynamic therapeutic platform (LDTG) incorporated into a bilayer microneedle (MN) patch co‐delivering all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA), termed LDTG A‐MNs, for synergistic antibacterial therapy and accelerated wound repair.

A Humanized Anti‐gD Broadly Neutralizing Antibody Confers Complete Post‐Exposure Protection against Pseudorabies Virus

Pseudorabies virus (PRV), an emerging zoonotic α‐herpesvirus, causes life‐threatening human encephalitis. We identified a broad‐spectrum neutralizing antibody 6F7 targeting PRV gD. It blocks gD‐Nectin‐1 binding and membrane fusion, inhibiting replication across all PRV variants, representing a promising candidate for anti‐PRV therapy.

Imaging Electric Polarization Switching in Multilayer Graphene

Domain wall sliding‐induced electric polarization switching is directly observed for the first time in multilayer graphene, enabled by a novel optical readout method. The polarization switching is realized upon application of global and local electric fields, and mechanical forces between neighboring polar domains of opposite out‐of‐plane polarizations
