Experimental induction of testicular teratomas in dissociated-reaggregated chimaeric gonads.
Testicular teratomas can be experimentally induced in some strains of mice by grafting 12.5-day male genital ridges to the testes of adults. The grafts develop into testes and most of them have teratomas.

Decidual macrophage‐mediated ferroptosis in trophoblasts leads to recurrent spontaneous abortion
Decidual macrophages from recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients promote trophoblast ferroptosis and impair trophoblast cell function. Mechanistically, the CXCL2/NF‐κB/HMOX1 axis mediates this effect. Conversely, trophoblasts co‐cultured with RSA decidual macrophages induce pro‐inflammatory macrophage polarization through IL‐6/JAK2/STAT3 ...

Adolescent social isolation disrupts hippocampal function and exacerbates emotional symptoms, with sex‐specific patterns, as shown by human studies. In mice, social isolation decreased hippocampal synaptic density and calcium signaling, upregulated complement proteins, and activated complement‐mediated microglial synaptic phagocytosis.

Sleep deprivation accelerates the progression of MASLD and IR by up‐regulating the expression of miR‐3572‐5p and down‐regulating the expression of miR‐183‐5p in circulating exosomes, thereby inhibiting fatty acid β‐oxidation and disrupting insulin signaling pathways. Abstract Sleep deprivation (SD) threatens human health and increases the prevalence of
