Persistent Mydriasis following Gonioscopy-Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy

Herein we describe 2 cases of persistent mydriasis after gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy for open angle glaucoma. Both surgeries were uneventful, but the patients experienced postoperative hyphema and intraocular pressure elevation.
