In the post‐stroke brain, Foxa2 induces the transcriptional upregulation of Nrsn1 in NSCs. Nrsn1 functionally couples with Smarcc1, modulating its nuclear availability and protein abundance, thereby influencing Smarcc1‐associated regulatory programs linked to neuronal lineage commitment. Programmable Guest‐Induced 5‐Phase‐Transition Topological Reconstructions of Cobalt Formate Metal–Organic Frameworks

A reversible five‐phase topological cycle is achieved in a minimalist cobalt formate metal–organic framework. The amorphous phase functions as a programmable reactive hub, selectively reconstructing into four distinct crystalline architectures through cationic templates, humidity, or CO2.
