How are poor sleepers with other clinical conditions affected by maladaptive personality traits? A neural network-based analysis

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychiatry
BackgroundPsychopathology research mainly focused on the cross-sectional and longitudinal associations between personality and psychiatric disorders without considering the moment-to-moment dynamics of personality in response to environmental situations.

Fasting and Refeeding Mediated Phospholipid Remodeling Plays an Important Role in Improving Meat Quality of Aged Laying Hens

open access: yesAnimal Research and One Health, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study explored fasting‐induced physiological remodeling effects on meat quality in aged laying hens. Fasting for 15 days (F15) significantly reduced abdominal fat, intermuscular fat width, subcutaneous fat thickness, and liver index versus pre‐fasting (F0) (p < 0.05), which recovered post‐refeeding.

Automated Feature Extraction and Classification of Submerged Cultural Heritage Assets in the Puck Lagoon via Multisensor Remote Sensing

open access: yesArchaeological Prospection, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study presents a strong framework for the detection and classification of Submerged Cultural Heritage Assets (SCHA) in shallow marine environments using the integration of multibeam echosounder and airborne LiDAR bathymetry with object‐based image analysis and fuzzy logic–based classification.

Archaeological Damage Assessment in Conflict Zones: Integrating Satellite Imagery and Ground Surveys in Daraa, Syria

open access: yesArchaeological Prospection, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Satellite remote sensing is among the most significant modern methodologies supporting field archaeology. In addition to its efficiency in identifying archaeological sites, remote sensing offers a safe and cost‐effective approach in conflict zones.

A Geomorphometric Approach to Estimate the Deterioration of Earthen Archaeological Sites by Rainfall and Diffusion Processes: The Huaca Chornancap (Eighth–14th Century ad), Lambayeque, Peru

open access: yesArchaeological Prospection, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Rain‐induced erosion processes can severely damage Earthen archaeological sites. Huaca Chornancap (HCH; eighth–14th century ad) is a platform located in the Lambayeque region (Peru) exposed to seasonal rain due to El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO).

Spondyloarthritis preceding and following inflammatory bowel disease diagnosis and risk factors: a temporal trends analysis in a population‐based cohort

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.
Background Spondyloarthritides (SpA) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are immune‐mediated diseases with overlap in clinical and immunological features. However, temporal correlation of SpA and IBD in individual patients and risk factors are not well characterized.

Combination of Artificial Neural Network with Multispectral Remote Sensing Data as Applied in Site Quality Evaluation in Inner Mongolia

open access: yesCroatian Journal of Forest Engineering, 2015
While abundant ground surface and site information is included in multispectral remote sensing data, traditional site quality evaluation system mainly uses artificial ground surface survey data.
