Influences of hold time and stress ratio on cyclic creep properties of Grade 91 steel were systemically investigated using a wide range of cyclic creep tests, which were performed with hold times (HTs) of 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 ...

Thick Plates in Grade 91 for Fourth Generation Nuclear Reactors
To face the future challenge of global energy supply, taking into account the depletion of fossil fuels and global warming issues, the main nuclear energy users are strongly involved in a research program to fourth-generation reactor technology. This new

Creep rupture behavior of welded Grade 91 steel [PDF]
Abstract Creep rupture behavior of fusion welded Grade 91 steel was studied in the temperature range of 600 – 700 °C and at stresses of 50–200 MPa. The creep data were analyzed in terms of the Monkman-Grant relation and Larson-Miller parameter. The creep damage tolerance factor was used to identify the origin of creep damage.

The Effect of Micro-Segregation on the Quantification of Microstructural Parameters in Grade 91 Steel [PDF]
Abstract The quantification of key microstructural parameters as a function of aging or creep exposure time is commonplace in the assessment of 9Cr Creep Strength Enhanced Ferritic (CSEF) power-plant steels. In these studies, the sample is either assumed chemically homogenous at the micro-scale or that a material average will be achieved by ...

ABSTRACT Background Wilms tumor (WT) treatment imposes a significant time burden on patients and their families. Time toxicity is a patient‐centered metric that quantifies the burden of healthcare interaction. We sought to define time toxicity in the first year after diagnosis of WT and hypothesized that it would increase as tumor stage and treatment ...

Temperature dependence of creep rupture life of long-term serviced Grade 91 steel
A series of creep tests, which include those under actual service conditions of ultra-super-critical power plants, have been carried out on long-term serviced Grade 91 steels to investigate the temperature dependence of the remaining creep life of the ...

ABSTRACT Background Therapeutic apheresis (TA) is an established treatment modality for hematologic, neurologic, and immunologic disorders, yet access remains severely limited in sub‐Saharan Africa. Donor apheresis, including platelet apheresis collection from healthy donors, represents an important complementary modality supporting blood product ...
