ABSTRACT The pyrethrins, which form a part of naturally occurring insecticidal chemicals derived from chrysanthemum flowers, not only provide rapid knockdown of a broad spectrum of insect pests but are also widely used in integrated pest management due to a generally favorable safety profile, largely attributed to low mammalian toxicity.

The Greatest Show (Birds) on Earth: Public Presentations and Their Welfare Impacts on Zoo‐Housed Birds

Additionally, comparisons between on and off show days as well as before and after the show were made to investigate differences in behaviour and condition.
