Toll-Like Receptor Stimulation by MicroRNAs in Acute Graft-vs.-Host Disease
Acute graft-vs.-host disease (aGVHD) is a frequent complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT), accounting for substantial morbidity and mortality associated with this treatment modality.

ABSTRACT Acute pancreatitis (AP) begins with pancreatic local inflammation, leading to the onset of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), followed by compensatory anti‐inflammatory response syndrome (CARS), which causes immune paralysis and higher mortality rate.

Canagliflozin treatment reshapes the gut microbiota in DKD and elevates levels of melibiose, a metabolite derived from Roseburia intestinalis. Melibiose directly binds to and enhances the enzymatic activity of glyoxalase 1, leading to decreased methylglyoxal accumulation.

Acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a major complication following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Steroid-refractory cases have poor outcomes, so an accurate diagnosis, particularly differentiation from cytomegalovirus colitis,

Nanocellulose, derived from microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) through sulfuric acid hydrolysis or mechanical grinding to produce CNC or CNF, was tested in a rat ICP model. Particularly, CNF improved gut microbiota composition, reduced secondary bile acid metabolism, and restored bile acid homeostasis through modulation of the gut–liver axis.

The demethylating agent 5-azacytidine (AZA) has proven its efficacy in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia. In addition, AZA can demethylate FOXP3 intron 1 (FOXP3i1) leading to the generation of regulatory T cells (Treg).

Biology of chronic graft-vs-host disease: Immune mechanisms and progress in biomarker discovery
Chronic graft-vs-host disease (cGVHD) is the leading cause of long-term morbidity and mortality following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.
