Determinants of rural creative microclustering: Evidence from web‐scraped data for England
Abstract This study aims to compare the drivers of clustering of rural and urban creative industries in England. We use pre‐pandemic web‐scraped data from 154,618 creative industry organizations in England, and use a novel technique to identify 71 distinct rural creative “microclusters” of geographically proximate creative firms.

Evenness mediates the global relationship between forest productivity and richness
Collectively, these results demonstrate that evenness is an integral component of the relationship between biodiversity and productivity, and that the attenuating effect of richness on forest productivity might be partly explained by low evenness in speciose communities.
