Sexually Transmitted Infections, 1999 A case of granuloma annulare (GA) localised to the shaft of the penis is reported with a brief review of the current literature. We concluded that penile GA, although rare, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of granulomatous lesions of the penis and that histopathological examination of the lesion is essential for the diagnosis.
