Orofacial granulomatosis (OFG) is an uncommon clinical entity, and not much is known about its pathogenesis. It is a disorder of chronic granulomatous inflammation that characteristically presents with labial enlargement and oral ulceration, but a number of other sites in the oral cavity can also be involved.
