Vasculitides associated with IgG antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies in childhood [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Immunoglobulin (Ig)G antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies are causally associated with necrotizing vasculitides that are characterized immunopathologically by little or no deposition of immunoreactants, such as Wegener granulomatosis, microscopic ...

Immunosuppression and Surgery‐Free Interval in Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis Airway Stenosis

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 4, Page 1858-1865, April 2026.
Subglottic and tracheal stenosis are severe manifestations of granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) that often require both endoscopic intervention and systemic immunosuppression. Rituximab may help stabilize GPA‐related airway disease by prolonging the interval between endoscopic procedures and delaying relapse.

CTSC Confers Radioresistance in Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Regulating Myeloid‐Derived Suppressor Cells

open access: yesJournal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Volume 30, Issue 8, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Radiotherapy is an important therapeutic modality for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the limited understanding of radioresistance mechanisms in HCC has hindered its further clinical development.
