EIGHT CASES OF GRANULOMATOUS MASTITIS
Nihon Rinsho Geka Gakkai Zasshi (Journal of Japan Surgical Association), 2011 肉芽腫性乳腺炎（granulomatous mastitis:GM）は稀な疾患であり，乳癌と似た臨床像により乳房切除された症例も報告されるため，良性乳腺疾患として広く認知する必要がある．われわれは8例のGMを経験したので，本邦の症例報告63例と併せて考察した．全例が乳房の片側性腫瘤で，病巣の皮膚発赤を22例（31％），疼痛・圧痛を46例（65％）に認めた．18例が臨床的に乳癌疑いとされ，7例に乳房切除が施行されていた．治療はドレナージ術，外科的切除，ステロイド治療の報告がみられ，prednisolone（PSL）投与19例中18例に病巣縮小が認められ，6例で治癒，4例がPSL減量後に悪化し摘出術を受けていた．ドレナージ術後の自然軽快が7例にみられ，その後に再発を認めていない．以上よりGMの確定診断後，
