A Chronological Study on Grapevine Leafroll-Associated Virus 2 in Australia
Grapevine leafroll disease affects the health status of grapevines worldwide. Most studies in Australia have focused on grapevine leafroll-associated viruses 1 and 3, while little attention has been given to other leafroll virus types, in particular ...

Biological, Serological, and Molecular Characterization of a Highly Divergent Strain ofGrapevine leafroll-associated virus 4Causing Grapevine Leafroll Disease [PDF]
The complete genome sequence of a highly divergent strain of Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 4 (GLRaV-4) was determined using 454 pyrosequencing technology. This virus, designated GLRaV-4 Ob, was detected in Vitis vinifera ‘Otcha bala’ from our grapevine virus collection at Agroscope. The GLRaV-4 Ob genome length and organization share similarities

Relative Prevalence of Grapevine Leafroll-Associated Virus Species in Wine Grape-Growing Regions of California. [PDF]
Some diseases manifest as one characteristic set of symptoms to the host, but can be caused by multiple pathogens. Control treatments based on plant symptoms can make it difficult to effectively manage such diseases, as the biology of the underlying ...
