Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

Chronic TGF‐β exposure drives epithelial HCC cells from a senescent state to a TGF‐β resistant mesenchymal phenotype. This transition is characterized by the loss of Smad3‐mediated signaling, escape from senescence, enhanced invasiveness and metastatic potential, and upregulation of key resistance modulators such as MARK1 and GRM8, ultimately promoting

Equistable graphs, general partition graphs, triangle graphs, and graph products
AbstractIn this paper we examine the connections between equistable graphs, general partition graphs and triangle graphs. While every general partition graph is equistable and every equistable graph is a triangle graph, not every triangle graph is equistable, and a conjecture due to Jim Orlin states that every equistable graph is a general partition ...

This study highlights the importance of multi‐omic analyses in characterizing colorectal cancers. Indeed, our analysis revealed a rare CMS1 exhibiting dampened immune activation, including reduced PD‐1 expression, moderate CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, and suppressed JAK/STAT pathway.

Deep Hashing Similarity Learning for Cross-Modal Retrieval
In the realm of cross-modal retrieval research, hash methods have garnered significant attention from scholars due to their high retrieval efficiency and low storage costs. However, these methods often sacrifice a considerable amount of semantic features

GraphX: Unifying Data-Parallel and Graph-Parallel Analytics [PDF]
From social networks to language modeling, the growing scale and importance of graph data has driven the development of numerous new graph-parallel systems (e.g., Pregel, GraphLab). By restricting the computation that can be expressed and introducing new

Spectral Graph Forge: Graph Generation Targeting Modularity
Community structure is an important property that captures inhomogeneities common in large networks, and modularity is one of the most widely used metrics for such community structure.
