An Explanatory CDF Manifold Algorithm for Large Telecom Datasets
In this paper we introduce the CDF manifold algorithm, which operates on datasets where a single target dimension is strictly increasing given a minimum of two or more input dimensions, which is very common in telco data. The manifold can then be used to

A Multi‐Scale Machine Learning Framework for the Inverse Design of High Entropy Alloys
High‐entropy alloys offer vast potential for various applications, including electrocatalysis; however, their compositional complexity challenges conventional screening. We introduce an inverse‐design framework combining two neural networks to determine optimal compositions and reconstruct nanoparticle geometry from targeted properties and conventional

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Experimental Analysis of Algorithms for the Dynamic Graph Coloring Problem
This paper focuses on the dynamic graph coloring problem, a dynamic variant based on the well-researched graph coloring problem. This variant of the problem not only considers the number of colors used in the coloring for a graph, but also how many ...
