Combining Syntactic Enhancement with Graph Attention Networks for Aspect-based Sentiment Classification [PDF]
Aspect-level sentiment classification aims to identify the emotional polarity of a given aspect text.In this field, the combination of graph neural network and syntactic dependency parsing is one of the current hot research directions.Based on the ...

Objective Our objective was to describe the social networks of Black individuals with rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions and understand the clustering of health‐related behaviors to inform future community‐based, peer‐led interventions. Methods We used an adapted Personal Network Survey for Clinical Research (PERSNET) to map the personal social ...

Spiking Heterogeneous Graph Attention Networks
Real-world graphs or networks are usually heterogeneous, involving multiple types of nodes and relationships. Heterogeneous graph neural networks (HGNNs) can effectively handle these diverse nodes and edges, capturing heterogeneous information within the graph, thus exhibiting outstanding performance.

CAT: A Causally Graph Attention Network for Trimming Heterophilic Graph [PDF]
Local Attention-guided Message Passing Mechanism (LAMP) adopted in Graph Attention Networks (GATs) is designed to adaptively learn the importance of neighboring nodes for better local aggregation on the graph, which can bring the representations of ...

Objective We describe the frequency, risk factors, severity, and management of actionable and serious adverse events (AAE and SAE) in children with newly diagnosed Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) in Canada. Methods We enrolled patients within 3 months of JIA diagnosis in the Canadian Alliance of Pediatric Rheumatology Investigators (CAPRI) Registry,

Generative AI in clinical practice: how should rheumatologists evaluate and monitor emerging tools?
Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in rheumatology practice, to assist with tasks such as documentation, record summarization, and clinical decision support. Rheumatologists need a practical approach to determining what evidence and oversight each application requires.

Efficient Graph Generation with Graph Recurrent Attention Networks
We propose a new family of efficient and expressive deep generative models of graphs, called Graph Recurrent Attention Networks (GRANs). Our model generates graphs one block of nodes and associated edges at a time. The block size and sampling stride allow us to trade off sample quality for efficiency.

Neighbor Overlay-Induced Graph Attention Network [PDF]
Graph neural networks (GNNs) have garnered significant attention due to their ability to represent graph data. Among various GNN variants, graph attention network (GAT) stands out since it is able to dynamically learn the importance of different nodes ...
