COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

On Vertex Covering Transversal Domination Number of Regular Graphs
A simple graph G=(V,E) is said to be r-regular if each vertex of G is of degree r. The vertex covering transversal domination number γvct(G) is the minimum cardinality among all vertex covering transversal dominating sets of G.

Ramanujan graphs arising as weighted Galois covering graphs
We give a new construction of Ramanujan graphs using a generalized type of covering graph called a weighted covering graph. For a given prime p the basic construction produces bipartite Ramanujan graphs with 4p vertices and degrees 2N where roughly $p ...

Covers of Point-Hyperplane Graphs [PDF]
We construct a cover of the non-incident point-hyperplane graph of projective dimension 3 for fields of characteristic 2. If the cardinality of the field is larger than 2, we obtain an elementary construction of the non-split extension of SL_4 (F) by F^6.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Incidence Posets and Cover Graphs [PDF]
We prove two theorems concerning incidence posets of graphs, cover graphs of posets and a related graph parameter. First, answering a question of Haxell, we show that the chromatic number of a graph is not bounded in terms of the dimension of its incidence poset, provided the dimension is at least four.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.
