Moving Beyond Pragmatism: The Authenticity of Sustainable Supply Chain Legitimacy
ABSTRACT This research investigates how organizations can attain and maintain the legitimacy of their environmental sustainability leadership over time. Utilizing data from the corporate sustainability reports of a global sustainability leader, this research analyzes a company's efforts to secure moral, cognitive, and pragmatic legitimacy in the eyes ...

On the maximum likelihood degree of Gaussian graphical models
Abstract In this paper we revisit the likelihood geometry of Gaussian graphical models. We give a detailed proof that the ML‐degree behaves monotonically on induced subgraphs. Furthermore, we complete a missing argument that the ML‐degree of the nth$n{\rm th}$ cycle is larger than 1 for any n⩾4$n\geqslant 4$, therefore completing the characterization ...

On automorphism groups of metric reduced products of symmetric groups
Abstract We study isomorphisms between metric reduced products of symmetric groups with the normalized Hamming metric assuming the open coloring axiom OCA${\mathsf {OCA}}$ and Martin's axiom for σ$\sigma$‐linked posets.

Lipschitz‐free spaces over uniformly discrete metric spaces are 3‐Schur
Abstract We prove that the Lipschitz‐free space over any uniformly discrete metric space has the 3‐Schur property.

Bordered Floer homology, handlebody detection, and compressing diffeomorphisms
Abstract We show that, up to connected sums with integer homology L$L$‐spaces, bordered Floer homology detects handlebodies, as well as whether a mapping class extends over a given handlebody or compression body. Using this, we combine ideas of Casson–Long with the theory of train tracks to give an algorithm using bordered Floer homology to detect ...

bk$b^k$‐Algebroids and the variety of foliation jets
Abstract We introduce and classify singular foliations of bk+1$b^{k+1}$‐type, which formalize the properties of vector fields that are tangent to a submanifold W⊂M$W \subset M$ to order k$k$. When W$W$ is a hypersurface, these structures are Lie algebroids generalizing the bk+1$b^{k+1}$‐tangent bundles introduced by Scott.

Universal properties of Delannoy categories
Abstract Recently, Harman and Snowden introduced a new symmetric tensor category Perm̲(G,μ)$\operatorname{\underline{Perm}}(G, \mu)$ associated with an oligomorphic group G$G$ with a measure μ$\mu$. When G$G$ is the group of order‐preserving self‐bijections of the real line there are four such measures, and the resulting tensor categories are called ...

Sharp restriction estimates for some degenerate higher codimensional quadratic surfaces
Abstract The Fourier restriction conjecture is a fundamental problem in harmonic analysis. In this paper, we investigate restriction estimates for degenerate higher codimensional quadratic surfaces and obtain sharp results for some types of degenerate cases.
