On powers and centers of chordal graphs
AbstractA graph is chordal if every cycle of length strictly greater than three has a chord. A necessary and sufficient condition is given for all powers of a chordal graph to be chordal. In addition, it is shown that for connected chordal graphs the center (the set of all vertices with minimum eccentricity) always induces a connected subgraph.

Purkinje Cell Loss in Essential Tremor: Collective Data From 215 Brains Over a 21‐Year Period
ABSTRACT Objective Essential tremor is a highly prevalent movement disorder. Pathological changes observed in essential tremor cerebella center around Purkinje cells and neighboring neuronal populations. Postmortem studies have variably, but not always, shown reduced Purkinje cell counts in essential tremor compared to controls.

Powers of distance-hereditary graphs
Powers of graphs that belong to several classes have been studied. In this paper, the authors investigate powers of distance-hereditary graphs. A connected graph \(G\) is distance-hereditary if every induced path \(H\) of \(G\) is isometric; that is, the distance of any two vertices in \(H\) equals their distance in \(G\). For \(G\) distance-hereditary,

Exosome Proteomics of SOD1D90A Mutation Suggest Early Disease Mechanisms, and FN1 as a Biomarker
ABSTRACT Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neuromuscular disease. Super oxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) gene mutations cause ALS, and the D90A mutation is associated with primarily upper motor neuron (UMN) loss. Objective Our goal is to reveal the early cellular events in ALS pathology and identify potential pharmacokinetic biomarkers, using well ...

Decreased Serum 5‐HT: Clinical Correlates and Regulatory Role in NMJ of MG
ABSTRACT Objective Although 5‐Hydroxytryptamine (5‐HT) indirectly stimulates muscle contraction and participates in regulating Acetylcholine receptor (AChR) cluster homeostasis in cellular, animal, and clinical studies, evidence regarding its potential to modulate muscle contraction in myasthenia gravis (MG) remains limited.

On some characterizations of strong power graphs of finite groups
Let G be a finite group of order n. The strong power graph Ps(G) of G is the undirected graph whose vertices are the elements of G such that two distinct vertices a and b are adjacent if am1=bm2 for some positive integers m1, m2 < n.

Power optimization in MANET using topology management
Mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) is a wireless ad hoc network, which is quickly deployable and functions without any infrastructure. This work proposes a hybrid optimization algorithm, named Chronological-Earth Worm optimization Algorithm (C-EWA), for ...

Brooks’ theorem on powers of graphs
We prove that for $k\geq 3$, the bound given by Brooks' theorem on the chromatic number of $k$-th powers of graphs of maximum degree $ \geq 3$ can be lowered by 1, even in the case of online list coloring.
