YARS-PG: Property Graphs Representation for Publication and Exchange
Graph serialization is a critical aspect of advancing graph-oriented systems and applications. Despite the importance of standardized serialization for property graphs, there is a lack of a universal format encompassing all essential features of graph ...

Traceability of locally hamiltonian and locally traceable graphs [PDF]
If $\mathcal{P}$ is a given graph property, we say that a graph $G$ is locally $\mathcal{P}$ if $\langle N(v) \rangle$ has property $\mathcal{P}$ for every $v \in V(G)$ where $\langle N(v) \rangle$ is the induced graph on the open neighbourhood of the ...

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...

Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

Intellectual property protection for FPGA designs using the public key cryptography
For the copyright protection in intellectual property reuse technology, we must ensure that when an intellectual property watermark verifier leaks the secret key of an intellectual property watermark system, a malicious attacker could not guess the key ...

On the roots and stability of Vertex connectivity polynomial of graphs
The connectedness property of vertices in a graph is not in general preserved after the removal of geodesics connecting them. Infact, the adjacent and nonadjacent vertices in a graph may sometimes differ in terms of ”closeness” and this motivated the ...

In this paper, we study a declarative framework for specifying transformations of property graphs. In order to express such transformations, we leverage queries formulated in the Graph Pattern Calculus (GPC), which is an abstraction of the common core of recent standard graph query languages, GQL and SQL/PGQ.

On the b-continuity property of graphs
The authors consider the following two questions: (1) For any finite set of integers \(I\), does there exist a graph \(G\) with b-spectrum equal \(I\)? (2) Is the problem of deciding whether a given graph \(G\) is b-continuous NP-complete?

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an
