Auto-GNN: Neural architecture search of graph neural networks
Graph neural networks (GNNs) have been widely used in various graph analysis tasks. As the graph characteristics vary significantly in real-world systems, given a specific scenario, the architecture parameters need to be tuned carefully to identify a ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Metformin mediates mitochondrial quality control in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) fibroblasts carrying mtDNA mutations. At therapeutic levels, metformin activates AMPK signaling to restore mitochondrial dynamics by promoting fusion and restraining fission, while preserving mitochondrial mass, enhancing autophagy/mitophagy and biogenesis ...

Monotonicity in graph searching [PDF]
Summary: We give a new proof of the result, due to A. LaPaugh, that a graph may be optimally ``searched'' without clearing any edge twice.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

We investigated the toxicity of 12 active compounds commonly found in herbal weight loss supplements (WLS) using human liver and colon cell models. Epigallocatechin‐3‐gallate was the only compound showing significant toxicity. Metabolic profiling revealed protein degradation, disrupted energy and lipid metabolism suggesting that the inclusion of EGCG ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

A Method for LLM-Based Construction of a Materials Property Knowledge Graph: A Case Study
In the field of materials science, experimental data or simulation results on material properties are often unevenly distributed. In addition to the vast unexplored material space, properties of lesser interest have not been measured even for well ...

Introduction of some one-searchable graphs [PDF]
Search Graph problems are usually modeled in the form of On-Graph games between oneescaping thief and some police officers. Police intends to arrest the thief while the real goal of robber isprevention from arrest. As it has been evaluated in this paper,

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.
