Mechanistic Insights Into Recurrent Implantation Failure: The Lactate–H3K18la–SLC7A11 Axis Explored via Endometrial Organoid and Blastoid–Endometrial Cell Implantation Models

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
Clinical samples first revealed impaired lactate synthesis in RIF patients. Subsequently, using endometrial organoids and a blastoid‐endometrial cell implantation model, we demonstrated that lactate enhances endometrial receptivity via H3K18la‐mediated SLC7A11 activation.

Rare Natural SNP Activates SHOOT APICAL MERISTEM ENLARGER1 to Increase Branch Number and Silique Number on the Main Inflorescence in Brassica napus

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Brassica napus is the second most important oil crop worldwide. Number of primary branches (Branch number, BN) and silique number on the main inflorescence (SMI) are key yield‐related quantitative traits. Here, we cloned a major QTL, qDB.A09, which simultaneously influences BN and SMI.

Reversal of economic integration: evidence from European Union enlargement

open access: yesThe Scandinavian Journal of Economics, EarlyView.
Abstract Empirical models of trade agreements implicitly assume that withdrawal from a trade agreement has an equal and opposite trade effect as accession (i.e., symmetry). With increasing opposition to international economic cooperation, it becomes urgent to test this assumption.

Isolation of Pure Stable Human Treg Cells Based on Expression of GPA33

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Immunology, Volume 56, Issue 2, February 2026.
GPA33 identifies stable human regulatory T cells suitable for therapeutic use. GPA33+ Treg subsets expand efficiently, maintain high FOXP3+Helios+ expression, and lack production of IL‐2, IFNγ, and IL‐17A. GPA33, alone or combined with TIGIT, also enables robust post‐expansion isolation of pure, stable Treg cells for adoptive cell therapy.

Political Geography and Stock Market Volatility: The Role of Political Alignment Across Sentiment Regimes

open access: yesScottish Journal of Political Economy, Volume 73, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT We study the nexus between political geography and stock market volatility by examining the interrelation between political geography and the predictive relation between the state‐ and aggregate‐level stock market volatility via recently constructed measures of political alignment.

Thermal–Structural Assessment of a Convergent Nozzle for UAV Applications Using Advanced Steady‐State Thermal Analysis

open access: yesJournal of Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This study presents an in‐depth structural evaluation of the convergent nozzle in a microgas turbine engine (MGTE), focusing on the performance of various lightweight materials used in aerospace applications. The research investigates both structural and aerothermal characteristics of the nozzle under realistic operating conditions.

Unlocking consumer preferences: Estimating the willingness to pay for integrated pest management practices

open access: yesJournal of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association, Volume 4, Issue 4, Page 483-506, December 2025.
Abstract Pesticides boost agricultural yields but bring environmental and climate concerns, driving a cycle of increased use. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) aims to lower pesticide reliance, yet it may impact ecosystems. This study examines consumer willingness to pay (WTP) for IPM‐labeled fruits and the role of climate awareness.

Short-Term Traffic Flow Prediction Based on Improved Dilated Temporal-Spatio Graph Convolutional Network [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng
Traffic flow prediction for road networks plays a key role in intelligent transportation. Traffic flow not only exhibits high spatial correlation but also exhibits long-term correlation and periodicity in time characteristics.

Anti‐labor environments and employee entrepreneurship: Evidence from right‐to‐work laws

open access: yesStrategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Volume 19, Issue 4, Page 643-664, December 2025.
Abstract Research Summary We explore how changes in labor unions and related labor environments affect employees' likelihood of starting a new business. We suggest that the enactment of stringent anti‐union laws reduces incentives for employees to stay with their respective workplaces and increases the attractiveness of becoming self‐employed.
