Spectral characterizations of propeller graphs
A propeller graph is obtained from an $\infty$-graph by attaching a path to the vertex of degree four, where an $\infty$-graph consists of two cycles with precisely one common vertex.

Summary: Replace certain edges of a directed graph by chains and consider the effect on the spectrum of the graph. It is shown that the spectral radius decreases monotonically with the expansion and that, for a strongly connected graph that is not a single cycle, the spectral radius decreases strictly monotonically with the expansion.

Spectra of Edge-Independent Random Graphs [PDF]
Let $G$ be a random graph on the vertex set $\{1,2,\ldots, n\}$ such that edges in $G$ are determined by independent random indicator variables, while the probabilities $p_{ij}$ for $\{i,j\}$ being an edge in $G$ are not assumed to be equal. Spectra of the adjacency matrix and the normalized Laplacian matrix of $G$ are recently studied by Oliveira and ...

Age‐Related Characteristics of SYT1‐Associated Neurodevelopmental Disorder
ABSTRACT Objectives We describe the clinical manifestations and developmental abilities of individuals with SYT1‐associated neurodevelopmental disorder (Baker‐Gordon syndrome) from infancy to adulthood. We further describe the neuroradiological and electrophysiological characteristics of the condition at different ages, and explore the associations ...

Mass spectra prediction with structural motif-based graph neural networks
Mass spectra, which are agglomerations of ionized fragments from targeted molecules, play a crucial role across various fields for the identification of molecular structures.

The graph, range and level set singularity spectra of $b$-adic independent cascade function [PDF]
With the "iso-H\"older" sets of a function we naturally associate subsets of the graph, range and level set of the function. We compute the associated singularity spectra for a class of statistically self-similar multifractal functions, namely the $b ...

ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antibody‐mediated complement activation. Efgartigimod, a neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) antagonist, is approved for treating generalized MG (gMG). However, its modulatory effects on upstream innate and adaptive immune cells remain largely unexplored.

Spectra of R-Vertex Join and R-Edge Join of Two Graphs
The R-graph R(G) of a graph G is the graph obtained from G by intro- ducing a new vertex ue for each e ∈ E(G) and making ue adjacent to both the end vertices of e. In this paper, we determine the adjacency, Lapla- cian and signless Laplacian spectra of R-

Equivalence between spectral properties of graphs with and without loops
In this paper we introduce a spectra preserving relation between graphs with loops and graphs without loops. This relation is achieved in two steps.
