Graphene‐Based Electrodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, 2012
AbstractGraphene, the thinnest two dimensional carbon material, has become the subject of intensive investigation in various research fields because of its remarkable electronic, mechanical, optical and thermal properties. Graphene‐based electrodes, fabricated from mechanically cleaved graphene, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) grown graphene, or ...

Frictional Anisotropy of Metal Nanoparticles Adsorbed on Graphene [PDF]

open access: yesЖурнал нано- та електронної фізики, 2013
Friction force acting on silver and nickel nanoparticles sheared on a graphene sheet in different lateral directions is investigated using classical molecular dynamics simulations. The results reveal the existence of frictional anisotropy for both metals.

Toward graphene chloride: chlorination of graphene and graphene oxide

open access: yesRSC Advances, 2016
Chlorinated graphene derivates with chlorine concentration exceeding 11 at% were synthesized by high temperature exfoliation in chlorine atmosphere. Halogen graphenes have a great potential for electronic and electrochemical devices.

Notes on the connectivity of Cayley coset digraphs

open access: yes, 1993
Hamidoune's connectivity results for hierarchical Cayley digraphs are extended to Cayley coset digraphs and thus to arbitrary vertex transitive digraphs.

Thermoelectricity in vertical graphene-C60-graphene architectures

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2017
AbstractRecent studies of single-molecule thermoelectricity have identified families of high-performance molecules. However, in order to translate this discovery into practical thin-film energy-harvesting devices, there is a need for an understanding of the fundamental issues arising when such junctions are placed in parallel.
