Polymorphic Architectures of Graphene Quantum Dots
Advanced Materials, 2017A systematic strategy for designing structured nanomaterials is demonstrated through self‐assembly of graphene quantum dots. The approach reveals that graphene derivatives at the nanoscale assemble into various architectures of nanocrystals in a binary solution system.

physica status solidi (RRL) – Rapid Research Letters, 2014AbstractBy performing density functional theory calculations, we studied the quantum confinement in charged graphene quantum dots (GQDs), which is found to be clearly edge and shape dependent. It is found that the excess charges have a large distribution at the edges of the GQD.
