The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Graphics calculators and algebra
The personal technology of the graphics calculator is presently the only one likely to be available widely enough to influence curriculum design and implementation on a large scale.

Conformal mesh deformations with Möbius transformations
We establish a framework to design triangular and circular polygonal meshes by using face-based compatible Möbius transformations. Embracing the viewpoint of surfaces from circles, we characterize discrete conformality for such meshes, in which the ...

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Graphics and Visualization within Cross-Stitch [PDF]
The leisure industry, in fields such as the games market, is immersed in computer graphics. However, non-traditional visualization techniques are slow to appear within many leisure pursuits especially cross-stitch.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

On Tutt's Characterization of graphic matroids—a graphic proof
AbstractIn this paper we present a relatively simple proof of Tutt's characterization of graphic matroids. The proof uses the notion of ‘signed graph’ and it is ‘graphic’ in the sense that it can be presented almost entirely by drawing (signed) graphs. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Hardware accelerated computer graphics algorithms
The advent of shaders in the latest generations of graphics hardware, which has made consumer level graphics hardware partially programmable, makes now an ideal time to investigate new graphical techniques and algorithms as well as attempting to improve ...

An analysis of the use of graphics for information retrieval
Several research groups have addressed the problem of retrieving vector graphics. This work has, however, focused either on domain-dependent areas or was based on very simple graphics languages.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
