Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 目的探讨Graves病甲状腺功能亢进患者血清抗DNA抗体的测定及临床意义。方法选择2011年6月2013年6月于我院就诊的160例Graves病甲状腺功能亢进患者,根据其临床分期分为4组:初发组、治疗组、缓解组和复发组,每组40例。测定各组患者血清中抗ds-DNA抗体、甲状腺激素（FT3、FT4）、细胞因子干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平;并分析抗双链DNA抗体（抗ds-DNA抗体）与其他指标的相关性。结果抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率复发组最高（87.2%）,缓解组最低（21.3%）（
