Developing and Testing a Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Financial Tool
ABSTRACT Citywide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) represents a paradigm shift in the provision of safely managed sanitation services with a framework of three outcomes—equity, safety and sustainability. There are several sanitation financial tools, but none of these fully address all CWIS outcomes. Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Financial Tool (CWIS‐FiT) is

A Methodological Framework to Study Change in Team Cognition Under the Dynamical Hypothesis
Abstract The dynamical hypothesis claims that cognitive systems, such as teams, are dynamical systems (i.e., an interdependent collection of individuals and their technology that change together over time). Following this hypothesis, team researchers have adopted dynamical approaches to better understand the team cognitive processes and states that ...

KMT-2022-BLG-1818Lb,c: A Cold Super-Jupiter with a Saturn Sibling
We present the discovery and analysis of the sixth microlensing two-planet system, KMT-2022-BLG-1818Lb,c, detected by a follow-up program targeting high-magnification events.

Exploring Weak Gravitational Lensing Effects by a Regular Black Hole
Gravitational lensing is one of the physical consequences of Einstein’s general theory of relativity, which has been observationally confirmed. This work aims to study the weak gravitational lensing scenario where the lens is a spherically symmetric ...

The in situ agglomeration behavior of semisolid Al–silicate inclusions in Si‐killed steel is studied using high‐temperature confocal scanning laser microscopy. Particle motion and interparticle forces at the steel/argon interface are quantified and compared with a modified capillary interaction model.

When radiation from a background source passes through a cloud of cold plasma, diverging lensing occurs if the source and observer are well-aligned. Unlike gravitational lensing, plasma lensing is dispersive, increasing in strength with wavelength.

The Export and Financial Effects of Immigrant Team Composition in International New Ventures
ABSTRACT Immigrant‐owned international new ventures (INVs) often partner with non‐immigrant entrepreneurs as co‐owners. Their mixed immigrant‐nonimmigrant teams could engender varied perspectives. But it is unclear whether such cognitive diversity improves their international strategy and performance.

When Thriving for More Collapses the System: The Academic Reproduction of Uncaring Structures
Abstract This essay argues that the widening gap between aspirational aims and visionary orientations and the prevailing practices in neoliberal academia stems from deeper, historically rooted, market‐based logics shaping our institutions, increasingly governed by economic values and academic subjectivities therein.

Domain Adaptation in Application to Gravitational Lens Finding
The next decade is expected to see a tenfold increase in the number of strong gravitational lenses, driven by new wide-field imaging surveys. To discover these rare objects, efficient automated detection methods need to be developed.
