Energy Momentum Pseudo-Tensor of Relic Gravitational Wave in Expanding Universe
We study the energy-momentum pseudo-tensor of gravitational wave, and examine the one introduced by Landau-Lifshitz for a general gravitational field and the effective one recently used in literature. In short wavelength limit after Brill-Hartle average,

Multi‐Soliton Microcombs Enable Ultrafast Nanometric‐Precision Ranging and Photon‐Level Detection
Our work first demonstrates dual‐multi‐soliton ranging and confirms its multifunctional capability. The method achieves ultrafast and nanometric‐precision measurement. For practical applications, we further extend the multi‐soliton states to photon‐level ranging.

Swift Pointing and Gravitational-Wave Bursts from Gamma-Ray Burst Events
The currently accepted model for gamma-ray burst phenomena involves the violent formation of a rapidly rotating solar-mass black hole. Gravitational waves should be associated with the black-hole formation, and their detection would permit this model to ...

A transfer‐free fabrication method enables multilayer graphene microelectrodes as small as 10 µm, eliminating reliability issues of manual graphene transfer. These electrodes record neural activity in brain slices with exceptional signal‐to‐noise ratios (up to 25–40 dB) while maintaining optical transparency for multimodal applications.

First search for gravitational waves from the youngest known neutron star [PDF]
We present a search for periodic gravitational waves from the neutron star in the supernova remnant Cassiopeia A. The search coherently analyzes data in a 12 day interval taken from the fifth science run of the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave ...

Experimental Joint Estimation of Phase and Phase Diffusion Via Deterministic Bell Measurements
This work employs Bell measurement, a form of entangling measurement, to estimate both the phase and its fluctuations in an optical interferometer. By incorporating a novel quantum effect at the measurement stage, the proposed method achieves the ultimate precision limit and demonstrates the significant potential of entangling measurements in multi ...
