Research on Feature Extraction and Classification Methods to Improve the Recognition Rate of Monomers Assembly Defects in Thermal Battery

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
In the assembly process of thermal battery monomers, problems such as inversion, wrong order, and missing collectors often occur. Defect detection is important for the normal use of thermal batteries. In order to improve the defect recognition rate, this

Research of Thenar Palmprint Classification Based on Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix and SVM

open access: yesJournal of Computers, 2011
An optimal thenar palmprint classification model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the thenar palmprint image is enhanced using a high-frequency emphasis filter and histogram equalization. Then, from the enhanced image thirteen textural features of gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) are extracted as classification feature vectors.

Memory and Resting‐State Connectivity in Acute Transient Global Amnesia: A Case–Control fMRI Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a striking model of isolated amnesia. While hippocampal lesions are well described, the network‐level mechanisms and the precise neuropsychological profile remain debated. Our objective was thus to characterize functional and neuropsychological correlates of acute TGA and their ...

Real‐World Safety and Effectiveness of JAK Inhibitors in Systemic Sclerosis: A Propensity‐Matched Study From the EUSTAR Cohort

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective JAK inhibitors (JAKi) have shown promising effects in early‐phase studies of systemic sclerosis (SSc). We aimed to assess the safety and explore the effectiveness of JAKi compared to conventional immunosuppressants in SSc. Methods A longitudinal retrospective study of the European Scleroderma Trials and Research Group (EUSTAR) cohort was ...
