Shedding Shearing Costs: Developing a Self‐Shedding Flock Through a Romney × Wiltshire Crossbreeding Programme

A long‐term study was started in 2020 to monitor the transition of a Romney‐based flock to a fully‐shedding flock as a potential strategy to reduce shearing costs. Romney ewes (n = 400) were bred to Wiltshire rams, alongside a control group of Romney ewes (n = 200) bred to Romney rams.

Electronic Health Record Integration of a Calculator for Cesarean Risk During Labor Induction

We aimed to determine whether nudge theory informed EHR integration of the cesarean risk calculator would increase (1) calculator utilization, and (2) documentation of patient counseling on the result.
