The BnTFL1‐BnJAM3‐BnSWEETs Module Orchestrates Seed Storage Reserve Accumulation in Brassica napus
Advanced Science, EarlyView.BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 form a complex that facilitates the transport of soluble sugars from the seed coat to the embryo by directly activating the expression of BnSWEETs. Furthermore, BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 work cooperatively to promote soluble sugar and oil production while suppressing protein deposition.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A nano‐plasma device enables watt‐level on‐chip THz generation through picosecond switching triggered by secondary electron emission avalanche. An ultra‐dense electron sheet initiates nano‐plasma formation within a ∼100 nm gap, driving rapid energy release into an integrated resonator.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Using C‐AFM, W/HZO/p‐Ge capacitors with areas down to 0.26 µm2 are investigated. Frequency‐dependent voltage ramps reveal switching currents that confirm complete polarization reversal across the entire electrode area, while PUND enables reconstruction of P–V loops.
