Towards Utilization of Covert Channels as a Green Networking Technique
Proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Availability, Reliability and Security, 2018Network covert channels are currently typically seen as a security threat which can result in e.g. confidential data leakage or in a hidden data exchange between malicious parties. However, in this paper we want to investigate network covert channels from a less obvious angle i.e.

Channelrhodopsin-1: A Light-Gated Proton Channel in Green Algae
Science, 2002Phototaxis and photophobic responses of green algae are mediated by rhodopsins with microbial-type chromophores. We report a complementary DNA sequence in the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii that encodes a microbial opsin-related protein, which we term Channelopsin-1.

Single underwater image restoration by blue-green channels dehazing and red channel correction
2016 IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP), 2016Restoring underwater image from a single image is know to be ill-posed, and some assumptions made in previous methods are not suitable for many situations. In this paper, we propose a method based on blue-green channels dehazing and red channel correction for underwater image restoration.

The Development for Green Channel Cargo Inspection System
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2012We designed a set of non-destructive system which is based on ray inspection systems, it mainly used to detect the Green Channel Cargo, and the result will be given out within 30 seconds. The ray coefficient of the Green Channel Cargo are different from the other transport cargo, so we can measure the absorption coefficient and compare it with the ...

Multi-channel Green's functions in complete bases
Journal of Physics B: Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, 1997The matrix representation of the reference Hamiltonian, , which may be either the free kinetic energy operator or the Coulomb Hamiltonian, is tridiagonal in the complete Laguerre or oscillator bases of . In either of these two bases, we explicitly find a closed-form solution to the matrix elements of the multichannel Green's function associated with ...

Numerical Analysis on Quincunx Green Channel Arrangement
Advanced Science and Technology Letters, 2014In this paper, we employ Newton's interpolation polynomial for image reconstruction. The used image is Bayer CFA patterned green channel. The green channel is arranged as quincunx pattern. Experimental results show the proposed method gives better performance than the other conventional methods.

Pricing and greening strategies for a dual-channel closed-loop green supply chain
Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal, 2019This article considers a closed-loop green supply chain with both forward and reverse dual-channels, where a manufacturer produces and sells a single green product to the potential customers through both the direct online channel (e-tail/internet) and the traditional retail channel in the forward dual-channel, and collects the used products for ...

Characterization of Diffusive Molecular Channels based on Green's Second Identity
Proceedings of the Sixth Annual ACM International Conference on Nanoscale Computing and Communication, 2019Diffusive molecular communication (DMC) is envisioned as a promising approach to realize nanonetworks for various applications. Characterization of the diffusion channel is vital for the development of the DMC systems. In this paper, we assume that concentration Green's function (CGF) for a primary diffusion environment (without flow) is given.
