Green Synthesized Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles Attenuate Acrylamide-Induced Cardiac Injury via Controlling Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress–Associated Apoptosis Through ATF3/CHOP/BCL2 Signaling in Rats

Biological Trace Element Research, 2023
Due to their distinctive properties, several eco-friendly metal oxide nanoparticles were assessed for their possible cardioprotective properties. Acrylamide (ACD), a pervasive chemical in food and the environment, has been linked to cardiac toxicity.

Composition, digestibility and utilization of endophyte-free tall fescue fed as green-chop or hay to sheep

Small Ruminant Research, 1995
Abstract Two lamb digestion trials were conducted using three cultivars of endophyte-free tall fescue ( Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) that had been harvested from paddocks as green-chop forage of initial growth or as regrowth hay. The tall fescue cultivars were Johnstone (JOHN), AU Triumph (AUT) and Kentucky 31 (KY-31).

Effect of borage and green tea aqueous extracts on the quality of lamb leg chops displayed under retail conditions

Meat Science, 2017
Different concentrations of two aqueous extracts from green tea leaves and borage seeds with potential antioxidant activity were evaluated in lamb leg chops. Chops were sprayed with 0.005, 0.05, 0.5, 5% (p/v) green tea extracts (T) and 0.5, 5 and 10% (p/v) borage seed extracts (B) and displayed under retail conditions for 13days.

Effects of energy supplementation on energy losses and nitrogen balance of steers fed green-chopped wheat pasture I: Calorimetry

Journal of Animal Science, 2017
Cattle grazing wheat pasture in the southern Great Plains are sometimes fed an energy supplement; however, the benefits of supplementation on nutrient balance, energy metabolism, and greenhouse gas emissions have not been elucidated. Therefore, we used 10 British crossbred steers (206 ± 10.7 kg initial BW) in a respiration calorimetry study to evaluate

PROCESSING AND CHARACTERIZATION OF GREEN COMPOSITES WITH CHOPPED KENAF FIBERS AND RECYCLED EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE

2017
The processing and property evaluation of a natural fiber composite material with kenaf fibers and recycled expanded polypropylene (EPP) produced by an injection molding process, without extrusion, were explored, focusing on the effect of chopped kenaf fibers on the thermal and mechanical properties of recycled EPP.

The studies on nutrient balances in crossbred cattle bulls fed chopped green sugarcane tops supplemented with some agro industrial by- products

Tropical Animal Health and Production, 2008
Fifteen adult crossbred cattle bulls, 18-22 months old (mean body weight 286.33 + 9.43) were divided into 3 groups following RBD design and were fed sugarcane tops (SCT) supplemented with some agro-industrial byproducts and concentrate feeds to determine nitrogen, Ca and P in crossbred cattle bull.
